Legal Notes and Terms of Use TikTopia is a product of Speedweb S.r.l., headquartered in Italy. Access to and use of the site imply acceptance of the following terms and conditions. 1. Ownership and contents All contents on this site — texts, images, logos, graphics, videos and trademarks — are the property of Speedweb S.r.l. or licensed for use by TikTopia. Any reproduction, copying, distribution or unauthorized use, even partial, of the published materials is prohibited. 2. Sigils and NFTs Sigils are unique digital objects, generated and managed by TikTopia through blockchain technology (NFT). Each Sigil represents a symbol, image or graphic element associated with a creator or an event in the TikTopia world. Until the moment of purchase, all Sigils remain the exclusive property of TikTopia. Upon completion of the purchase, the digital ownership of the Sigil is transferred to the buyer, who becomes the holder on the blockchain. The intellectual property (copyright, design, trademark and authorship rights) of the Sigils remains in any case the exclusive property of TikTopia / Speedweb S.r.l. The buyer does not acquire any rights of commercial use, modification or reproduction of the work, unless otherwise authorized in writing. 3. Use of the site The user undertakes to use the site and its contents in accordance with the law, morality and these terms. The use of the site for fraudulent, defamatory, offensive purposes or in violation of the rights of third parties is prohibited. 4. Limitation of liability TikTopia and Speedweb S.r.l. are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site, service interruptions or technical errors. The information on the site may be updated or modified without notice. 5. Privacy and personal data The use of the site implies acceptance of the privacy policy, available in the dedicated section. TikTopia processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). 6. Applicable law These terms are governed by Italian law.
